WrightRecord is an internal tool that helps Wright State University psychiatry residents track clinical requirements and keep proof of completed trainings. This policy describes what information the app collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Roster information: your name, program email address, and training year, provided by your program.
• App activity needed for the app's function: requirement due dates and uploaded documents.

How we use it

Your information is used only to operate WrightRecord: sending you reminders, storing the documents you upload, and giving program administrators the reports the residency requires. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

Information is visible to program administrators as needed for residency administration, and processed by the service providers that host the app and deliver email, only for those purposes.

Your choices

You can change which notifications you receive at any time from Settings. For questions or data requests, contact andrew.correll@wright.edu.
